Currently a food truck located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Austin Texas, The Salty Blonde Bakery originated in Denton, Texas as a Cottage Law Bakery specializing in cinnamon rolls.

Due to word of mouth, advertising and the amazing people who have loved our baked goods and supported us this whole way, we have finally been offered the opportunity to grow our business and get a permanent food truck in the heart of Texas!

At the Salty Blonde Bakery we use only high-quality, fresh ingredients, and every one of our baked goods are made from scratch that very day.
